  1. Only Bedroom Refurbishment Included (All other areas of the residence including attached bathrooms are excluded)

  2. Soft furnishing, light fittings, loose furniture (excluding wardrobes), electrical appliances (e.g air conditioner, television etc), fitting within the 1 lac budget will be included

  3. Laminated wooden flooring over existing flooring is included.

  4. Painting & Wallpaper included (Not included if the space has a leakage problem)

  5. NO CIVIL WORK INCLUDED

  6. The winner can choose any service or a combination of services from the above mentioned eligible services that can be accommodated in a budget not exceeding rupees 1 Lac.
