Returns and Exchange Policy

At Stoa Paris, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect product delivered
  2. Product received is damaged
  3. Size/fit issues

Return Window & Process

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Contact us via our Shopify Inbox or email to initiate returns
  • Our team will evaluate the return reason and guide the customer through the process
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached

Return Shipping

For Incorrect or Damaged Products

  • We'll arrange reverse pickup at no cost
  • Three pickup attempts will be made within 72 hours
  • If pickup fails after three attempts, customer will need to self-ship

For Size Exchange

  • Customer will bear return shipping cost
  • Please use the services of a trusted courier agency to return the product
  • Please ensure that the returned merchandise is securely packaged in the original packaging to avoid damage to goods in transit
    • If found damaged, the goods will not be replaced.
    • If the returned product is different from the original product, the goods will not be replaced.
    • If the complete set (including pillow covers) is not returned, the goods will not be replaced
  • Include order number and exchange details
  • We'll ship replacement size once original item is received and passed our Quality Check process (detailed below)

For Other Returns

  • A restocking fee of ₹150 may apply as per our Fair Usage Policy
  • Customer will need to self-ship to our warehouse if reverse pickup isn't available
  • Refund via a store credit voucher that can be used on future purchases or refund will be credited back to the source for prepaid orders
  • Processing time: 20-30 working days from return verification
  • Voucher validity - 90 days from issue date

Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders with damaged or incorrect products

  • Refund to original payment method available
  • Processing time: 20-30 working days from return verification

For COD Orders with damaged or incorrect products

  • Refund via a store credit voucher that can be used on future purchases
  • Processing time: 20-30 working days from return verification
  • Voucher validity - 90 days from issue date

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Gift cards
  2. Final sale items
  3. BOGO (Buy One Get One) or promotional offers with free products
  4. Products without original tags/packaging
  5. Used, worn, or washed items
  6. Items returned after 7 days

Quality Check Process

  1. All returns undergo quality inspection
  2. Items showing signs of use will be rejected
  3. Refund/exchange processed only after quality approval

Important Notes

  • Keep all original packaging until satisfied with purchase
  • Maintain proof of return shipping if self-shipping
  • Take photos/videos before returning damaged items
  • Include the order number with all returns and email us at [email protected] with the delivery tracking number and packaging photos
  • Maximum one size exchange per order
