• Free Shipping (for all orders above ₹999): Orders are shipped within 24-48 working hours.
• Returns and Exchanges: Inform us within 15 days of delivery by emailing info@stoaparis.com or via chat option on the website, with the order number and an image of the product. If approved, we will arrange for pickup.
• Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to inspect the product before processing returns, refunds, or exchanges. Items showing signs of wear will not be eligible and will be returned to you. You agree to accept Stoa Paris’s final decision on return/refund/exchange requests. Exchanged products cannot be returned or exchanged again.
• Order Cancellation: Stoa Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:
  • Technical or typing errors in prices or details.
  • Lack of product availability.
  • Fraudulent order suspicion.
  • Delivery issues.
• If your order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. You agree to accept the cancellation decision made by Stoa Paris.
